Another EPG error to help this weekend get off to a good start!

Formula 1 is one of the few things that I don't have a huge need to watch live, just avoid the news until I've watched it. I only record qualifying and the race however opened My Shows this afternoon and qualifying was no where to be seen. Nothing in My Planned Recordings, so checked Recording Hiccups and that's where I saw the fault. It's been reported on the Virgin Media Help & Support Forum.

Your "New Only" Series Link and WishList recordings may fail this weekend. If you have changed the default setting for any Series Links or WishLists to record "New Only", we recommend that you change it back to "New & Reruns" to avoid missing new recordings over the weekend.

If you have missed anything on channels from BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5, you may be able to find your show on Catch Up.

We're working on this under the fault reference F002224369 and we'll update this announcement as soon as we have more news on this.
-------------

Be warned it seems to be every channel, check your planned recordings!

So just changed any 'new only' ones and now got ten million episodes of Law and order SVU set to record, just to get Sunday night's new episode:D

Our Tivo recorded all three F1 practice sessions and qualifying on Sky F1 with no problems.

yep i have this problem. All my series links have disappeared from my Planned recordings from today onwards. Just had to change them all to new & reruns option.
Maddening. about 20 episodes of two and a half men & Modern Family to delete from my planned recordings.

Only some TiVos are affected. You two are amongst the lucky ones.

Its laughable that they think a message on their forums is adequate notice to their customers. Why don't they use the Tivo messaging function or send an email to Tivo customers warning them.

And a postponed FA Cup match screws up the EPG again.

Really, when a feature is on Freeview but not something you pay £5 a month before even watching anything, you know someone isn't doing their job.
