Incorrect Billing
 

Well as some of you maybe aware I'm not the biggest fan of VM. However they have surpassed everything with the latest bill I've just received. It couldn't have been more wrong if they tried. Yes I know that I'll probably get a lot of replies saying you've been with VM for years and never had a problem, however I can only report on my own experiences and it shambolic. Wrong services have been billed, discount for joining VM not on the bill, etc.

BB is still superb if we need to finish on a positive though
