TiVo Box to Replace faulty Samsung SD Box
 

Hi
Can any one tell me how much it should cost me to have my old Samsung SD box replaced with a TiVo 500 box?As far as I can see on the website it should be free?

I have:
Talk 08 2
Talk Unlimited
Calldispl
TV Size: L
Broadband L (Up To 20mb)

Costing me give or take out of package telephone calls £55/month

£49.95 for standard installation, unless you can sweet talk a CS rep

Why, does it require different cable or connector? They're sending me a V HD box for nothing!

Its called "making money" . Follows along the line that as its better, it must cost more. Could understand if you just want to change for the sake of it . But your topic title suggests its Virgins idea some how I think perhaps it was/is your choice.:dozey:
