ive started my TBB monitor so will see whats happening, also the forward 3db attenuator connector to the superhub has been removed, was that needed or everything looking ok?

Re: Had tivo installed and additional box, HUB levels all ok?

Your levels look OK provided that the upstream is stable at 48 dBmv and moving towards 55 dBmv.

If they added a splitter to your in-house kit, that would explain the additional attenuation and why you would want to remove the FPA.

Presumably you were on 100/10 before the Tivo went in? The TV frequencies don't clash with broadband so sluggishness is usually down to contention on the broadband frequencies.

Sometimes VIP they put the full 100meg code on the system

Yeah was 100mb/10mb before it went in, in regards to upstream power levels, should I be worried or shall I get a technical out to adjust something? Also shall I reconnect the fpa 3db and post superhub stats again to see if that effects the upload power levels.

levels are perfect

... as long as the upstream power is stable.
