hi, need this code to set the volume on tivo remote, none of the suggested codes they have listed have work! Any other suggestions out there please to try would be great.

Hi, if you can't find a code that works you'll have to resort to the maual. After trying dozens of codes it was the only way I could get the remote to control my TV (admittedly a different make).

thank you, do have the booklet, the vm guy struggled for ages trying to sort this for me!
Having a 3rd vm visit Tuesday anyway due to tivo installation issues plus other will get them to give this a go too, thank you once again for taking the time.

Sorry I've never had a printed booklet, only a messy heap of the PDF printouts. However after reading your post, I called customer services (150 on a Virgin phone) directed the call to TiVo faults. The very nice lady I spoke to is putting one in the post. So if the Virgin engineers don't have a copy you can have, give them a call.
