100mb cant get over 50mb and 60mb cant get over 30mb

But we are not STM'ed

We had 100mb and for ages we have been unable to get over 50mb. Had a number of calls with VM and credit for the last 3 months. This has been ongoing since May.

Today we decided to drop to 60mb. On speed tests now I cant it above 25-30mb. It seems whatever we are on it gets halved.

Down
Power Level (dBmV) -6.1 dBmV -5.8 dBmV -5.7 dBmV -5.9 dBmV

Up
Power Level (dBmV) 34.3 dBmV

At the end of our tether now and we just want to cancel and get Sky Fibre.

Help?

Your downstream power levels need a engineer way to low for your connection.

Check HERE

We have just had a engineer out and he went to the cab. But this is the end result.

He is saying we may need a new cable from the house to the cab

I would ring up an check if a repull has been ordered because often they say this but do nothing.

Rg11 needed if your downstreams low and upstreams low and no attenuators

If whatever you're paying for is getting halved that sounds oddly like STM

I would agree buts its 24/7 and we have been at work. So its not even being used.
