Moving House Question
 

Hi, I'm going to be moving house and taking my Virgin Media services with me.. but there is already a VM home hub in the same room because the person hasn't left a year and still has the account running (still paying monthly for it)

How will VM get around that so it doesn't effect me having the service at my new address?

If you can get in touch with the account holder then simply ask them to cancel with VM, then you will be free to place your order
