GigaNews VyprVPN error 628 + DL speed
 

having a problem connecting to my VyprVPN
login in details are correct
get error code 628 pop up

have been able to connect fine in the past, this issue has only just
started , no changes to my knowlege have been made to internet settings.

also was on 100mb service got upgraded to 120 but speed still lurking around30mbps whats the best what to get closer to the actually service i am on ?

it all depends dude. I am assuming you are using a shub. Have you had a look at the power levels and checked what speed you have been provisioned for?
