Spotify help needed
 

About 6 months ago I took the VIP Collection which entitles me to 3 months of Spotify Premium for free. Only today have I joined Spotify. I decided I would take advantage of my 3 months of Spotify Premium for free but have had nothing but problems.

I've logged into My Virgin Media and have access to the Spotify app. I don't however get the option to register my account. All of the links to FAQs and help guides are fairly useless. I've spent almost 90 minutes clicking on EVERYTHING Spotify and have got no further forward. It seems most things you click on either directs you to Virgins latest collections or Spotifys own website. Alternatively you enter a horrible loop and just end up visiting pages you've already been on over and over again.

You might want to blur your email address.

As far as I'm aware they emailed a code when you signed up for the deal. You then linked your existing account (or create one) via that page you've shown then redeem the code once your VM and Spotify accounts are linked.

Have a trawl through your old emails and I assume they'd have sent you a code. Otherwise its an enjoyable phone call to CS. :)
