Hi,

My broadband and some TV services are offline..... According to the sevice status it should be fixed by 10am....... Anyone know what the actual problem is..

The problem is cruddy support.
Like most technology, fine when it's working, a bitch when it aint.
I don't think even Virgin know what is going on most of the time.
Somebody gave something too much percussive maintenance maybe.

Ok - phoned virgin, and been told there isn't a fault in the area..... Engineer booked after going through a load of standard questions :-( still no Internet engineer coming Saturday

Anyone else having a problem in Bracknell?
