MMS a no-go
Hi,
Ive got a 30 day sim only rolling contract with Virgin and I cannot send or receive MMS. I've received pictures via text but when I go on the web page to see the pictures, it fails. So I decided to set my Samsung Galaxy 2 up to receive the MMS. I received the text message to set my phone up but I still cannot send or receive MMS. I've rebooted my phone but still nothing. Any ideas guys? |
Re: MMS a no-go
In order to get MMS working properly you will need to send yourself one. Not sure why but it always works for me.

Hey hey! I deleted the MMS settings, reinstalled and sent to myself and it worked. Thanks

Re: MMS a no-go
Darnit, spoke too soon, my mate sent me a picture and it wouldn't get past the 'downloading' phase. A Virgin fail, or buggy phone?

Re: MMS a no-go
You might need it to switched on by Virgin Mobile as that is how Vodafone do their MMS messaging also it may be a an addon as I do get MMS with on my Pay Monthly contract.
