No Internet service for 3 days so far

Internet has been out here for 3 days so far, everyday they say they fixing the fault but it never gets fixed. Latest status now is to be fixed tomorrow afternoon! Will VM automatically reduce the bill to reflect this? I'm having to use a dongle to get online, costing me more money. :mad:
