Wifi disconnecting
 

Problem is avery evening i have reboot my modem for my wifi to work anyone know why this is and how sort it out before i ring CS

try this first then theres other things you can try.

disconnect all wifi devices connected or trying to connect then do a pinhole reset. left side of the SuperHub theres a reset hole, poke and hold for around 20seconds. all lights will go blue then it'll load up again. then try connecting

you wont get any joy from cs, they'll just bum around for ages and send you round in circles. Although there are different things you can try and test the easiest and quickest way to get things up and running is to buy yourself a proper router because the shub is pants for wireless.
