Why does the V+ take ages to delete interrupted recordings?
 

If a recording is interrupted eg by a power cut, the recording is split into two parts.

I was wondering why the first part deletes as normal, but the second part takes absolutely ages to delete.

Does anybody know the reason for this eg does it have trouble finding the second part on the HDD
