How do I get sky anytime? Or is that only on TIvO?

From what I can remember off the top of my head, press HOME, then Catch Up, then select TV for XL, L, M (whichever you have) and then by Channel. SKY Anytime should be there somewhere, if I remember right it is something like option 5 on the first screen.

Should work on V+, V boxes and TiVo boxes.
