how about my superhub router after cancellation of contract
 

I cancelled the contract for 2 months ago, but it is not under my name, Virgin took the last 2 month bill and the final bill from my bank account, because of moving house, i didnt get any letter from virgin at all, so what should i do with the Superhub Router?
Return it? Otherwise, it is useless for me ?

So it is not a should? right? If I have time, i will, but there is a question I am puzzled, why the customer should pay for this useless Router because it is so specific!

I don't understand the question?

You pay an installation fee for the broadband, and then if you don't return it when you disconnect, Virgin Media charge you a fee so they can replace their kit you have not returned.
