Upgrade to 120mbit delayed?

On the my virgin media page it states:

Exciting news - we're giving you a free broadband boost to up to 120Mb, the UK's fastest ever widely available broadband!

Upon using the checker it states:

Your area is ready

Congratulations! The new double speed boosts are already up and running in your area.

I have tested, rebooted and tested again and it is still 100mbit /5mbit. Am I right in saying that it is crossed information and the actual 120mbit / upload speed wont happen till Sep 2012 or later? Would it be worth me calling support to see if they can send a new config?

Don't think if you call them will give the 120 now but you can try...pretent you don't know  and ask for the new config file :D

In that case then it is very misleading, The message on My Virgin media used to say doubled and now its 120mbit. I am not that fussed about the 20mbit extra speed (15 actually, get about 105 now) but more the upload speed. Oh Well - thanks for replying :)
