Leaving Virgin Mobile

Last month I rang up to get my PAC code from Virgin, and without batting an eyelid they supplied it. I couldnt find the right deal for an SG3. So today I again phoned up, and asked for it and again was given it, again without any curfuffle at all.

Do virgin not want to try and keep customers. Currently the SG3 is available for £100 plus £33pm from virgin. yet TMobile are doing it for £50, plus £26pm. I do hate paying for a phone, but that is so far the best deal i can find.

But why dont virgin try and find out why I'm leaving.

If you've got the money, buy the phone sim free and then a sim only deal from VM. You'll get more mins, texts and browsing each month and you'll save the best part of £200 over the 24 months that a contract would cost.

Cheers

Oohhh, it doesn't work like that for android phones, it's cheaper to contract them. It's only iPhones that it usually works better buying sim free

£450 for s3 + 24x£20 = £480 = £930

Tmobile £29 + £33x24 = £792 = £821
