45 minutes on hold
 
I have just spent 45 sodding minutes on hold to Virgin Mobile customers services and never got through.

I think they still charge don't they ,it is Virgin Mobile CS sirius phoned not VM customer service , i could be wrong though

It was straight to mobile customer service via the phone. Going to try again this morning

You mean staff don't have a hotline they can call. That's poor planning from VM :erm:
