Unable to get ESPN
 

Hi there, I have just recently subscribed to ESPN, got my viewing card and top uptv CAM. Inserted the CAM in the CI Slot in the TV but I have been unable to receive ESPN.
I have a Samsung Freeview 42'' TV.
The channel is listed -channel 34 but all I see is 'scrambled signal'
Spoke to ESPN customer service yesterday, reinserted the CAM as directed but nothing so far.
However what I noticed in the TV's SETUP menu list is that common interface (CI) is greyed out.

Any ideas on what I can do.

which model tv have you got?

have you correctly put the card etc. in. powering down before hand then turning the tv on?

My TV is a Samsung Plasma 42''.
I put the card in correctly .

Everything I did was as I should
