How much to add another Tivo?

I currently have following bundle as taken from my bill

Talk Unlimited
TV XL
Broadband XL
Tivo monthly Fee
V+ HD Monthly Fee
1 additional V box
Loyalty Customer

Total £60.56

Promotional Offer -£5 discount till April 2013

I have an old V+ HD box and a 1Tb Tivo - The V+ is becoming quite unreliable with frequent freezes and other issues

Rather than just getting the box fixed ( which I guess would probably just be a swap out for a reconditioned unit) I was thinking about getting another Tivo. A quick look on the web site talks about £49.95 installation charges, plus £49.95 for a 1Tb box on top.

Seems a lot for a 2nd unit , especially when I recall paying out a lump sum for the V+ box some while ago to stop monthly payments that you used to be charged .

Anyone know if the web site is correct ( for a change) or should I ring to enquire ? If I ring I don't want to have a discussion with a non UK call centre ( previous experience tells me they will struggle to understand my position of already having two boxes and wanting to replace the V+ with a Tivo) - any other depts I could ring?

Yes it is correct but if you get a 500gb which is more than enough it will only cost £49.95 activation and the install fee is wavered.
You then have the monthly charge for a second box which you will already be paying, can't remember if it is slightly more for tivo though

The monthly charge on the second box is £11.50 (so goes up by £5). The promotional offer waives this fee until next April. When you ring up choose the option that you are thinking of leaving. You will : 1) - Get a UK call centre & 2) - Get the best pricing deal on offer.

Are these prices still the same as we are thinking about replacing the V HD box upstairs?
