Hi, sorry if this has been asked before but I've just read this on the Virgin mobile site:

You can check your balance and how many minutes and texts you have left anytime, day or night on your mobile. For free! Your balance is updated every 15 minutes. So it'll include calls, messages and internet use up until then'.

I've texted 'Balance' to the right number, I've looked online on my account, and I've used the Virgin Mobile My Account app, and not one of them updates every 15 minutes. Once every 24 hours more like it. Am I missing something here?

I'm on a sim only rolling 30 day thingy.
