One student says that if he stabbed her in the stomach the knife would go through like butter "because it's all ******* lard".

She told a local ABC affiliate news station that the most hurtful comment came when the bullies said her family should kill themselves.

Her oldest son committed suicide 10 years ago.

Support has poured in for her from across the country.
She said: "I've got these nice letters, emails, Facebook messages. It's like, wow, there's a whole world out there that I didn't know."

A fundraising website Indiegogo.com has raised more than $250,000 (£160,000) in donations from well-wishers who want to send Mrs Klein on a dream holiday.

School officials called police when they became aware of the video.
Police have questioned the students allegedly involved, but none have been charged yet. An investigation is ongoing.

Bet those kids are not laughing now. If I'd have been the bus driver of this bus, or perhaps another passenger, I'd have thrown all the kids off and banned them from travelling on it period.

Unfortunately Mick the do gooders will have you for that and blame the *******s behaviour on anything that comes to mind, IE they had a bad family life, They did not have a games machine, they had not been on a family holiday i think you get my drift .

The 'do-gooders' would be amongst those who raised £160,000 so that she can go on holiday/help her retire....People who tend to try and make things better rather than despair at the state of the world ;)

Nah - I bet most of those donators would have considered chasing those kids with their sticks and pitch forks in hand, for what they did to that woman.

does the fat fight have a bearing here? I'm not condoning what happened here just asking whether this fight against fatty foods that Jamie Oliver embarked on over there had been drilled into the young now?

No it's just a bunch of teenagers egging each other on.I bet if it had happened to a parent or grandparent of theirs they would have been up in arms about it.:rolleyes:

Looking at the unadulterated video I'd suggest they were older perhaps 10-12 than 7-8

When I went to school there wasn't this US BS to describe our school kids.

There was in a way. in the juniors there were first, second, third and fourth year. (I always remember the hard knocks always being in the fourth years)

We have Academy schools now. that's Americanism too.
