Two ice cream men being investigated by police.
 

Mr Yummy goes up to Mr Whippy and smashes his window. Mr Whippy then bangs Mr Yummy from behind. you can see some liquid come out in front of Mr Whippy.
Mr Yummy then gets back in his van and drives off, with Mr Whippy right behind him.

This sort of thing was common in Scotland about 20 years ago, in fact the 'Glaswegian Ice Cream Wars' were the basis for Kevin Allen's film Twin Town.

The bloke who shot the footage put it on Youtube, where it became an overnight sensation. Presumably, a bored copper browsing for porn then stumbled across it.
