my samsung galaxy ace will not update and it will not connect to my computer and sometime it freezes and is slow what do I do I can't upgrade untill 21 decemberI need rmy phone to work right

You've now told us your phone is working and not working.

If y kept all your problems witth your phone in the same place it'd be much easier to help.

I have phoned virgin and thay can't help me so I have E-maild them
