pay monthly sim contract troubles
Hell all,
I am on the 30 day pay monthly sim only deal with Virgin mobile. It is automatically re newed on the 8th of the month. But this month they say due to techinical problems at their end :confused: they cannot do this. I have been given 350minutes to be used but I need Internet access as I use Android. After ringing up three times I am getting nowhere. They said it will be soreted out by today & I would get a ring back last night, nothing happened. So what more can I do? Thanks in advance. |
