Is anyone else experiencing problems with accessing their online account?

I have phoned 789 who have told me just to wait, they can't do anything, and that it will eventually fix itself.

Yes , i tried on thursday and get we are experiencing problems our team are on to it . I have just tried again (sat) and still getting same message.

It seems to be quiet varied, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.
