upgrading phone (online)
 

We downgraded sometime ago to M but was thinking of going back to XXL going through my Virginmedia says I can upgrade to large so I thought I might have to do it as a 2 stage step setup L then onto XXL later on.

However when I click on upgrade its treating it as a new line and says there will be a £50 charge?

Not sure how that works out when all they need to do is press a button at the other end. might have to give them a call on this one.
