poor signal and speeds
 
pls pls pls can anyone help me. im on 60mg and only getting 2mg or 10mg.
had virgin out now 2 times and also on the phone with there people and still not right so so poor speeds, anyone can help me pls
got 2 laptops and main pc but still poor conection,, any help pls this is crazy how so slow it is .. try everything now,,
ALS WHAT IS STRANGE WHEN I WAS ON 20MG I GET ON CABLE AND 18MG FROM wireless... now im upgraded to 60mg im lucky to get 6mg or 8mg... crazy help pls

I am assuming you have got a shub. If the shub is in router mode go to http://192.168.0.1 and click on advanced setting and I think you want the connection tab. We are after the power levels and stuff from that page and you can do a copy and paste. If you are using your own router and the shub is in modem mode go to http://192.168.100.1

I am assuming your pc is wired and the laptops are wireless?

all is wireless apart from main pc that is wired , and yes i have the new hub
