Red button on V+ box

Can anyone tell me why I cannot get snooker on red button. when i press the red button and select the multi-screen sport, it displays the options, i want option 2 to select the snooker and all that comes up is a blue screen with t -7 evt and a horrible pitching volume.

Any answers anyone?

Re: Red button on V+ box

Same here, does it whether you press 1 or 2, and at the bottom it says Football League Show so it's changing to the wrong stream by the looks of it

I'm not getting ANY sport stream. News screens are ok though; strange.
