He made a lasting impression on me as a youngster. I always wondered how he could perform as an MP whilst being profoundly deaf.

He was a great man for disabled people and their rights and will be sadly missed.

Feel a little ignorant for not knowing of this man whilst he was alive, guess I'm to young, far, far to young :D
