No BB SK4
 

Is anyone else having massive problems in SK4? It was down all day yesterday and the fault was being worked on. No message today on any faults and nothing on service status but still no bl00dy broadband! ARGH.

Oh, and i cannot get through to CS, at all, at any time of day! All I get is stupid X factor winners singing at me...not even full songs, just snippets!

you dont need customer services, you want tech support which I think is 150 and then whatever option.

I take it when you say you have checked the service status you have been here?
