Agree maggy although I have bit of a stance better work within corridors of power to change it. However if got government ignoring your feelings your recomendations no point staying. Scottish BMA have called it to be scrapped too urging GMC to take similar stance.

Shows charities involved if we now seeing those raise concerns on behalf those they help. I would say in coming weeks others publically denounce it.

To his defence and other charities feel they felt it was to root out the wrongers and to genuine help those in need. To provide support where needed and make sure those were getting the correct level.

It now says alot to those who say charities supported it are raising objections. Now they starting to walk to help fight it by legal challenges.

SCOPE in this article I posted initially supports his concerns already. I fear it could do some very big damage to images of charities. Great idea but been twisted and abused to support government agenda which sadly charties got caught out.
