Its fantastic news for the family Lt Cdr Molyneux shame he lost his life saving others during the shooting. I think its right for the award for his heroric actions to save others.

Would I be right saying this first ever time the George cross being awarded in in combatant situation.

Fantastic news and well deserved. To tackle an armed man when you yourself are unarmed has to be classed as Bravery of the highest order.
