Ideal Home Discount tickets

I thought I would take advantage of the Ideal Home Exhibition 2 for 1 offer https://my.virginmedia.com/customer-...es/idealhomes/.
Went to the webpage and entered the code, Invalid Code!, tried again and again.
Anyone else had any luck?

It does say that if your code doesn't work then ring them up on the number given

Invalid Code!
Please try again ensuring that the code is entered EXACTLY as published.
If you still have difficulties, it is possible that this code is not currently available online.
Please call the 24hr Box Office on +44 (0)871 230 5583 to order.

Try IHSEVE, worked OK for me, or IHSDM, both give you 2 tickets for £20 + £1.60 booking fee.

I tried and got the same Invalid Code, telephoning the Idea Home booking telephone number quoted on their web page only gave me two options and did not include the Ideal Home Show.

Telephoning the Virgin Support line, a very helpful assistant eventually told me that there were only 100 tickets to start with. The Virgin Customer Offer page does not state that, but does say "subject to availability".

Technically Virgin Media are correct on their web page, but really I would have expected to have seen the 100 limit mentioned, or when the number had been reached to have withdrawn the offer.
