Also when setting up Sky remote record on Sky website it says it cant detect a Sky+ Box? I also have an issue with Sky Go as it keeps coming up with an error on my phone. Could this be because may phone line isnt activated yet?

Remote record requires the box to be connected to the phoneline , with Sky Go try uninstalling the app then reinstalling it , what phone are you using ? It may need time for your Sky account to fully activate. Not sure on region error , ring Sky. |
