Cannot access the Xbox website

I cannot access any part of the xbox website on my laptop http://www.xbox.com/live.

According to http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com it is up, other sites are ok.

Any ideas as my DSi XL can get to it.

Tried my other laptop and I can get to the site.

Both are running XP and using IE8
