Fault in Plymouth PL5 area
 
There is a TV fault in the Plymouth PL5 area so does anybody else have the same problem.

Hi guys im from plymouth PL6

Do you have a fault with your On Demand service where you get a error box appearing with Error code 3017?

I can watch On Demand but this box is always appearing with this error code?

Apologies that you are experiencing this fault.

We currently have a network problem in your area which is causing error codes 3017 and 6172 on the on demand service. Our engineers are currently working to get this fixed as soon as possible, the fault reference number is F001901005.

301* error codes are usually smartcard specific. However, we have a network outage today in your area which is causing theis error to appear on the on demand service (this is why it's happening on both of your boxes).

Anybody having problems in Plymouth as the broadband connection is up and down like a yoyo.
