3000 minutes to other Virgin mobiles
1GB Mobile Web but I can't access/use the 1GB Mobile Web I have a samsung galasy ace can get wi-fi ok

What do you mean exactly Andrew?

When not on WiFi are you getting the H symbol in the top right of the screen next to the signal strength icon?

Go onto the Virgin Mobile homepage. Click the How Do I? tab. Enter your phone details and Virgin will text you your settings.

Is this a new phone? Once the settings are correct you might to turn off and on again once or twice as well.
