Refund req.

 On the 19th November 2011, I mistakenly put £40 on my sim card, after realising what I had done, I immediately rang (789) and explained my mistake and asked the youngman to void that transaction, which he agreed he would do, but, it would take upto 14 days for the transaction to be completed, I accepted that and naively believed that the monies would go back into my account. Ha ha, they didn't !!!!!!! A very long, typical and ridiculous story cut short; I have rung 6 times and sometimes been on the phone upto 50 mins. explaining same old chestnut to very patient operators, listening to the same explanation of what happened (even I'm bored) of this tale of woe and frustrating situation, that whilst there is breath in my body and a hole in my ----. aaaargh I WILL GET SORTED. I have even written to them in Trowbridge explaining fully, but alas I have not had so much as a missed call or a text saying they are in receipt of my letter and are dealing with it, I'va had nowt from them!?!? Today I have had the energy to call again, only to be told by Miss Patience herself that I can't have my £40 back but it could go onto my monthly account !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT TO DO NOW; RICHARD BRANSON CALL ME ASAP.:p:

Re: Refund req.

Firstly neither this forum or Virgin Mobile are owned by Richard Branson as the name is only leased.

The is a requirement to clear DPA so you will need to call Virgin Mobile on 789 from your Virgin Mobile phone or if you need to use a house phone then you will need to ring 0845 6000 789

Virgin Mobile billing is also available on this number 0800 9522025
