Sound issue on demand

Seems to have lost sound when watching BBC on demand since latest software upgrade.

I have scart lead connected with AV sender and this is getting the sound.

Still need to do more checks.

I have not:-
Reset my box
Tried itv or channel 4/5 or TV CHOICE.
