TV and broadband down, SM4
 

Anybody else having problems in the SM4 area this morning? We have no channels or broadband. Service status page says good service all round, so called 150. Recorded message says problems in KT2 area which isn't too far away from us, but I can't report our problems as they are closed until 8am and my virgin media won't let me log in.

We are open 24/7 so someone should answer your phone.

Not that I'm doubting you but I have just called 150 again. I have gone through the options, entered characters from my password only to be told we are closed right now, please call again later. Signs of bigger problems maybe?

You need to ring 151 for technical support not 150.

We are currently dealing with an outage in SM4 affecting 36 customers, ref 1881246

if this is affecting you, then it should appear on the status page shortly.

Thanks. Got through to someone. There was a fault ticket for our area which was closed last night so he's reopened it. Booked an engineer for tomorrow just in case.
