TiVO box getting stuck
 

I had to turn my box off yesterday and today as yesterday went to delete a programme I had watched and just got the circle on the screen for several minutes. This morning, I went to turn it off on the remote and the same thing happened and just got the circle going round the screen again so had to unplug at wall. Anyone else having probs or is this just something happening with the network?
