Onlive port blocking / throttling ?

4 Attachment(s)
For a while now i have been unable to use Onlive without being kicked out mid game or loose the connection completely. Even logging in at times can be an issue. I contacted onlive and i've been told to check if my isp are blocking or throttling the ports the servers use.

UDP ports 16384-16640 and TCP port 443

I've ran some tests(see below) but before i get back to them could someone take a look so i can be better informed when talking to onlive. Whats really bugging me is that i'm seeing 100% packet loss at all times of the day or night, yet the in game server is telling me i only have 25 ping or less. Thanks in advance for any help you folks can offer.

EDIT : Forgot to mention i'm connecting directly to the modem.

Onlive servers don't respond to pings.

Looks like there's some local congestion on your cable segment, as well as severe congestion in London between Level3 and as6453
