Problems in B21
 

Anyone here in B21 getting slow speeds

happening on wireless and cabled connections. Supposed to be on 50mb. There was a "VM Tech" in the cabinet earlier but its so slow.

Virgin have told me i must suffer with this for 24 hours so they can monitor it. But I am not happy with that.

Also when I call up it states i am in B23. Clearly i am not and I dont think B23 runs through the same UBR as B21.

I am no downloading or doing anything other then browsing
