Every few days I seem to be getting a situation like that - e.g. this from January 3rd:

Sadly I can't blame the "Super"Hub I had installed for my 100 upgrade on the 5th as I still had the VMNG300 on the 3rd!

I'm on the phone to the 100Mbit support team now but I expect I'll get fobbed off - has anybody else in the Watford area noticed poor performance recently? I very rarely download anything so typically the graphs are showing the line basically idle.
