Suggestions troubles

Does anyone know why my BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 suggestion recordings are always taken from the Audio Description version of the channel?

It makes no difference, unless you have Audio Description switched on ;)

We love Suggestions in our house, really handy when you've got nothing to watch :)

Good point, i've got around 30 shows saved up. My Mum just can't understand how it does it! I've explained to her the thumbs a number of times but no luck :P

Can you get an audio description on a non ad channel? Is Tivo recording the ad version so that the option is there for those that will want it?

Most of the popular channels have AD. The only reason there are special "AD" versions of channels 1 to 5 is that all the regional variants don't have AD. The "AD" ones are actually just copies of the London variants.
