Broken STB and NO engineer availbility
After spending the usual hour on hold waiting for an agent, I finally get through and am told that my constantly rebooting V+ box, as I suspected needs an engineer visit.
However, I am then told that there is NO AVAILABILITY in my (KT14) area at all so they cannot arrange a visit. Can I please call back in a day or two and see if there is any then? Well - I am speechless. What way is this to run a business? I've asked for a supervisor to call me with an explanation, but I don't suppose that will happen. Epic FAIL! |

Is it possibly an outage as that may account for the lack of engineers.
