Channel 5 On Demand Quality Terrible!

I've been trying to watch some on demand programs on channel 5 on demand and it the picture is just terrible its totally lego worse on demand picture i have ever seen! when there's losts of fast movement or panning shots it just stops for a few seconds like it cant handle it!!!!

anybody else had the same problem with 5od?
