My tv is a Logik l423cd11/l473cd11 Model range at 42" i go to the 3d section and it says my tv is not supported. yet my ps3 is running fine with 3d through it..

My V+ box is Model : explorer 8300DVB.

I have rang up support and i dont think she understood what i meant as she kept on telling me to restart my box. eventually she said there is a fault there end and someone will ring me back 3-5 days..

Is the TV connected directly to the V+? Sometimes people have problems connecting via amps that don't support 3D signalling, but a direct connection works.

Anyway, if the message is "This format is not supported by your TV", a change to the V+software is planned for later this month which may allow it to work.

Yes it is direct into the V+ Box. i have brought down the tv downstairs and tested it on the TIVo box we have and all is working perfect. it is just this particular box.

I knew thay had planned a software update to the V+ boxes to get it working i thought it would of been done by January.

Any date or just a sit and wait :)

Sit and wait :). The software is still being tested, and will only be released if/when the testing has been successful.
